These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Couch to Fit, a public fitness content and sponsorship project managed by Crafts and Beats Creative Works (“we”, “us”, “Founder Couch”). By submitting a sponsorship inquiry through this website, you agree to the terms below.

What Couch to Fit Is

Couch to Fit is a public fitness journey, documented in weekly content across this website, Instagram, and YouTube. It is not a fitness coaching service, a health or medical program, or a guarantee of any specific results, for the individual documenting it or for anyone else.

What Sponsorship Is

• The cash Founding Sponsor membership is billed at ₹3,000 per month, limited to 30 concurrent slots.
• Sponsorship can also be provided as a product or service (e.g. equipment, apparel, nutrition products, travel support, gym membership, digital marketing, or professional services) instead of cash, by mutual agreement. Product and service sponsorships are not subject to the 30-slot cap.
• Sponsorship is a brand-visibility arrangement, not an advertising service with guaranteed performance metrics (clicks, sales, or leads).
• Every inquiry is reviewed personally before it's confirmed. We reserve the right to decline any sponsorship at our discretion.
• When all 30 cash slots are filled, new cash-sponsorship inquiries are added to a waitlist and offered a slot as one opens up. This does not affect product or service sponsorships.
• Specific placement, mention details, and (for product/service sponsorships) the agreed value are confirmed directly with each sponsor before the arrangement goes live.

Billing & Cancellation

• Membership is billed monthly, starting from the date your slot is confirmed.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your placement is removed from the site and social channels.
• There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment beyond the current billing month.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or represent a registered business, to submit a sponsorship inquiry.
• You must provide accurate contact details (name, business, email) when submitting an inquiry.

Content Usage

Sponsor names, logos, and provided materials may be featured on this website and across our social channels as agreed for the duration of the sponsorship. We reserve the right to remove sponsor content that violates applicable law or our own content guidelines.

No Guaranteed Outcome

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, engagement level, or audience size from a sponsorship, nor any specific fitness outcome for the journey itself.

Liability

Crafts and Beats Creative Works is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a sponsorship arrangement, beyond what is required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
